Please complete the following activities if you are at home and unable to come to school this week. 

This week we are looking at how to use a character voice when reading. Click on the following link to watch the videos and complete the activities. Activity 1 and 2 supports comprehension and activity 3 specifically focusses on using character voice.

We will also be writing thank you cards. We will be looking at what to include in these cards and how to lay them out. Have a look at the PowerPoint example and write a thank you card for a member of your family.

You could also find 10 different objects in your house and group them by the material they are made from.

This week in maths, we will be using subtraction to find the difference. Click on the video to watch and complete the activities. The related worksheets are below each video if you are able to print. If not, you can make a note of the answers on a separate piece of paper.
