Dear Parents,
We’ve had another lovely week in Year 2. We have been creating twisted Traditional Tale characters, learning about fractions, checking up on our plants and becoming great hockey players.
Homework: 
In Science this week, we have been learning about the different plants we eat. For homework this week, we would like the children to eat a fruit that has seeds in. Save the seeds and plant them somewhere. This could be in a pot or in your garden. The children need to be able to discuss the seed they have planted with the rest of the class next week.
We have sent home High Frequency Words to secure. We will check these with children after the Easter Holiday.
Notices:
The Easter Bonnet Parade will take place on Wednesday 31st March. Please help your child make a bonnet to wear to school on this day. More information can be found in last week’s newsletter.
