Dear Parents,
This week we have read our new story ‘The Lonely Beast’. We’ve also recapped on fractions of shapes and finding fractions of numbers.
Homework
Using Play-dough please make a friend for The Beast. Your friend can look however you want them to. They should be no bigger than 15cm tall or wide. These need to be in school by Monday 19th July. We have attached a quick play dough recipe onto the website.
Notices:
- In RE we have been learning about Christian Celebrations with a particular focus on Baptism and Marriage. On Wednesday 21st July we will be hosting a pretend wedding in school. To celebrate this we would like the children to come into school dressed as if they were going to a wedding.
