What should you do if you are worried about your wellbeing and mental health?

 

            enlightenedTalk to your parent or carer. They can also help you decide who to speak to at school.

            enlightenedTalk to your class teacher or another trusted adult.

            enlightenedWrite a note and add it to your class worry box or the worry box outside Ms Van Den Broek’s office.

 

URGENT MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT:

These helplines can support you 24 hours and day, 7 days a week.

 

We regularly organise assemblies run by teachers or visitors to teach you how to keep yourselves and others safe. These are a few of the visitors we've had recently. Can you teach an adult something you've learned?
